The Christian Walters NTT Trust holds the following principles to be true:
- Christian Walters created and left to future trustees a vast amount of material related to equity and trust with New Trust Technology in audio and textual format with the express intention that future users of his information are both trustees of the material and beneficiaries of its content.
- All material that is not Kingdom of God with Eyes of Equity (2014) is for private educational use only.
- Walters insisted upon this study order:
- 1. Grasp the difference between public and private realms.
- Understand creating records and its importance.
- 2. Learn equity and how it differs from at-law:
- 1. Comprehend and be able to utilize the main Maxims of Equity.
- 2. Be able to understand equitable principles in action through reading pre-1933 US Bills in Equity.
- 3. Learn trusts:
- Be able to discern the difference between a trust and other relationships.
- 4. Learn the concept behind merging titles and why it is used.
- 5. Apply knowledge of equity and trust relationships to specific areas of concern within one’s own life (aka “Prune the Leaves of the Tree”).
- Be able to write a Bill in Equity using Walters’ preferred resource.
- Be able to enforce a Bill in Equity using the Rules of Court specific to each United States state.
- Be able to use other means of enforcement of equitable principles.
- 6. Teach NTT to others who have accepted the trusteeship of the NTT materials and improve upon and add to the processes described.
- 7. Expand into advanced areas of study (such as “Dig up the Master Root” which was accomplished by Walters in August 20, 2011).
- 1. Grasp the difference between public and private realms.
